AWS-to-GCP Migration for Highsnobiety
Maintaining the high-traffic platform highsnobiety.com and zero-downtime migration from AWS to Google Cloud.

For Titel Media, we maintained the “What Drops Now” product feed and the backend infrastructure of the high-traffic online magazine highsnobiety.com. During our collaboration, we were responsible for multiple backends and infrastructure migrations. The migration of the Amazon Web Services stack to Google Cloud and Kubernetes was carried out with zero downtime. Additionally, documentation was created for various services and several development teams were trained in cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
